Every Treasure Scoop is individually curated, making each order unique. We do our best to avoid duplicate items within the same order whenever possible.

No.

Our product photos are examples of the types of treasures you may receive. Since every Treasure Scoop is a mystery, every order will be unique.

🚚 How long does shipping take?

Orders are typically packed and shipped within 2–3 business days.

You'll receive a tracking number by email once your package ships.

Do you offer local pickup?

Yes! 💎 We offer Local Pickup by Appointment for customers in the Sacramento area.

Simply select Local Pickup during checkout instead of shipping.

Where can I pick up my order?

You may choose one of the following pickup options:

Available by appointment only. The exact pickup address will be provided by email after your order is confirmed and your pickup appointment has been scheduled.

☕ Public Meeting Location
If you prefer to meet in a public location, we're happy to arrange pickup at a mutually agreed-upon public location in the Sacramento area by appointment.

How do I schedule my pickup?

Once your order has been packed and is ready, we'll contact you by email to schedule a pickup appointment and provide all necessary pickup details.

When will my order be ready?

Most local pickup orders are ready within 2–4 business days. During holidays, promotions, or product launches, processing times may be slightly longer. We'll keep you updated throughout the process.

Can someone else pick up my order?

Yes! If someone else will be picking up your order, please reply to your confirmation email with their name before your scheduled pickup appointment.

What if I need to reschedule my pickup?

No problem! Simply reply to your pickup email, and we'll gladly work with you to arrange another appointment time.

How long will you hold my order?

We'll hold your order for 7 days after notifying you that it's ready for pickup. If you need additional time, please contact us—we're happy to help whenever possible.

For the safety and privacy of both our customers and our family, all local pickups are by appointment only. Pickup details and the private studio address (if selected) will be provided only after your appointment has been confirmed.
